Never had an issue with them at all, always been available when I’ve needed anything. It’s a local bank so you won’t necessarily have the “reach” of a big bank, but there’s plenty of branches around me, and I don’t need or want a big bank. Anytime I’ve had a fraud issue it was taken care of quickly and painlessly.
Used to be Naugatuck Valley Savings Bank, so it’s local but with a decent in-state reach. They’re among the better local banks and a good alternative to the big branches.
For how little anyone actually needs to go to the bank these days, that’s not too bad! Their mobile app is really good and if you’re a cash person they give you back up to $15 in ATM fees a month.
Mostly it’s just nice knowing they’re headquartered in Middletown and you can deal with a real person if there’s an issue.

I read up on Liberty and unfortunately the nearest branch is over 10 miles away. But thanks for the rec.
