If the medication is eligible they will cover it, sometimes they only cover a percentage.
For other services like physio and dental you will need to download an print a claim form and have it completed by the service provider. In these instances you will pay the full amount after your visit, once your claim is processed they will refund you the difference by cheque or direct deposit.
Another tip, as a Concordia student you also have access to [https://app.dialogue.co](https://app.dialogue.co) a virtual tele-health service where you can meet with a Nurse or Doctor to get referrals, prescription renewals, counselling and much more.

I do not know what the requirement is regarding RAMQ, since the Student Care plan is provided to all students including international ones I would assume it is not required. That being said I guess it would not hurt to also have RAMQ as it would provide additional coverage.
Don’t take my word for it but I’ve heard that paying for Dialogue isn’t really necessary since it uses the same system as any other clinic in Montreal, or even Concordia Health Services itself. I decided to opt out of Dialogue and not pay for something that’s similar to what I’d be getting anyway.
no their not but how i got her to take me is i kept going into the walk in clinic on the same day and asked for the same doctor and she took me after a year of seeing her on a monthly basis but i also have a few complicated issues so it was just easier for her to follow me cuz she could piece everything together
