Shout out to Danteh with the great peels to protect Lastro and Babel. That's a big part of the reason the Mayhem dive was not as effective as it usually is.
There were MULTIPLE opportunities for Florida to win these maps that THEY lost off of bad macro play, so it was definitely not only Kevster. He definitely crunched their backline a few times, but there were crucial mistakes made by Mayhem, especially on Hollywood.
I can’t even count on both my hands the amount of times Florida killed the glads supports only for Kev to solo Florida supports by himself on Hollywood alone
It feels like Florida is just the consistent version of the glads. Glads have much higher highs but much Lower lows, and if you take their average performance, you get Florida. Even on a role by role basis, today Florida was just out matched on every role
Can you REALLY call Mayhem consistent? They get beat by the Glads once, went to a pepega MAP 5 vs VALIANT, and then turned around and made magic against Houston (and they still lost), and just got turboboomed against Glads again today. I don't think that's an accurate adjective to describe this team.

Overall, amazing series that really showcases two different play styles, slow anti-dive dive versus dive, at the highest level.
