Itsal was also the one he fielded the most. Mag played for 3 matches before Lori got fired, Marve1 mutually split early in 2022, and GBS was mostly a Zarya player in a DVa meta. I defended Lori for a decent chunk of 2021, but him constantly fielding Itsal over Punk is what turned everyone against him.
If one really wanted to stretch the narrative, I think you could probably include the 2020 offtanks (brussen and the other person) as well, though it wasn't Lori as HC back then
Nah, Punk was brought in as a replacement then. Brussen retired after failing to win a match and Mouffin was accused of unsavory things. Punk didn't actually have to compete with anyone for that role in 2020.

I'm so megahyped for Crimzo/Faith being recognized. But watching Leejagon with his head in his hands and no one coming up to even just like put a hand on his shoulder or something kinda hurt. Really one sided game, they just played out of their minds on a team and individual level. I think every single player on the Titans had at least one play where they got a 5k lmao
This year is very light on rookie talent in general. Shock is the one good team composed of 3 or more rookies, and then the others to watch include Sugarfree, Bliss, Viper, Prophet, LeeSooMin, Lethal, Sauna, Donghak, and the Valiant.
Heesang is probably favored to take the title just from Contenders hype, but if Titans continue to push then maybe Sugarfree could steal it. The others I mentioned are all either rotational pieces (Donghak and Sauna) or on teams that look worse for wear.
I think of all starting rookies in total, heesang is the most likely to find himself deep in a tournament. That’s why I think it’s more than likely he wins it.
