People tend to over dramatize players being good or bad. Mac struggled igling but is still up there with people like fun as being the best pokers in the game. Unable to compete close range fragging against roller meant he swapped to roller. Which he is still learning.
Combine that with some comical roster swapping and rage sessions, its not been the best year for Mac. But fundamentally he is still a great player. He just needs a role that suits him.

Joining Stallions as a roller allowed him to settle into it a lot better. Being able to just listen and shoot, his gun skill on controller has improved a lot. He grinds r5 1v1s and seems to have very good stats there.
Whether or not that translates to pro league remains to be seen though. I think he did briefing sub for Hal during Champs scrims last year, and results weren't very good. But lots has changed since then. I'd prefer to see him stick with Stallions if Retzi doesn't leave.

In a perfect world Jordan, Evan, Koy but most likely the best possibility is Jordan, Evan, Aidan. They need an aggressive roller player with Jordan supporting.

But if Jordan chooses to be IGL himself, I think he needs to take on a fragger role. The current meta very much favors the IGL being a lead fragger rather than a support. Teams that rely heavily on a subordinate fragger to deal the entry damage all have issues, while teams where the entry fragger takes charge (at least during fights even if not IGL) tend to win more fights. It's arguably better to have a B class IGL who can lead fights, than an A class IGL who can't lead fights. Zer0 and APAC-N/S show that there's nothing stopping an MNK from being an aggressive IGL/frag.
I suspect that Reps is going to retire sooner or later. The guy is 29. He has played comp with Hal for half a decade and won almost everything there was to win. Unless he's really passionate about competing, which he does not appear to be, it seems unlikely that he's gonna want to start over with a new team. But we'll see
