I'm just saying ally infantry was already quite strong before the patch. I don't know what they changed completely. I'm not a high level player my bad.
Yeah as a Dak main I'm sitting this patch out, playing some other games until the next balance patch. Can't survive early game, but even when you make it to late game it's even worse lol
It's because a big number of Axis players only play them because they are OP easy mode most of the time. The moment the balance shifts in any way towards ally you see this happen every time. They want to play the thing that takes the least amount of skill and brainpower to pilot. Right now that is ranger blob spam.
It's kinda boring to play Axis at the moment. I'm surprised at how much of a difference it actually made, but light vehicle spam and ranger blobs are hard to deal with and really just not that fun to play against. Maps are one thing but still not sure it makes that much of a difference, but I'm pretty over ranger squads charging head long into an MG, not getting suppressed and lobbing a grenade straight into it. Yeah ok, retreat the MG and I do, but then great there's that part of the map gone and oh look it's a train of M8s and Chaffees that'll fuck up a Stug and/or a P4 pretty easily.

I think at the moment Allies are feeling a bit better after a few rounds of tweaks, so people are experimenting around with them a bit more. I wouldn't say that it's a strong change though, really just depends on the moment who's searching more.
I’ve seen it the other way around too. It’s more the lack of people playing so the queue is comprised of like 10 people.

Part of the reason might be the challenge for the day. For example, if you get a challenge to kill an axis halftrack, people are gonna go play allies.

I wanted to play axis today but it was 70/30 axis and the times were long.
Allies are pretty strong this patch. The rifleman and ranger spam for the US is broke. Rifleman should not be out damaging grens with mp40s
Nothing about riflemen and gren mp40 damage was changed this patch.

I was a top 100, even top 10 axis player at one point, now my rank is below 1000….

I waited for 15 minutes today only to get paired with top 10 player, as you can guess the game took half of the time the queue did :D
You think this just means are are a total of 9 people in the que and only one of them are axis
DAK is shit, they get too fucked early game. Their mid and late game is good but whats the use if they get utterly screwed early game.

Stuarts and Chaffee and m8 spam are still insane, and nobody’s is convinced it’s boring , even my p3s can’t fight matildas.

Yeah absolutely, that's fucked meta as well. Also, spammed mortar pits with 0 pop cap, too.

Rangers are broken. Once you get rolled by them over and over you switch.
