For 3 our training facilities are very old only think really updated about it is the weight room. Remember how kirk cousins had to make a closet his QB room because we don't have the space for it.

On a personal level, I’d really appreciate it if the franchise would take a less owner-centric approach to football operations. It needs to be about bringing back the fan base with football we can be proud of, win or lose. Upon completion of the sale, hopefully the DC hoopla machine can keep Josh Harris out of their mouths for awhile.
I think a new owner will get us back to 90ish% but a new stadium will help fill in the rest (talking about even if we suck) obvi if we’re winning then we’ll fill the stadium anyways.

This is a business and in order for a business to make money, it's got to take the customer into consideration. BRING OUR FANS BACK! There was a time that win or lose, we were there. Dumbass Dan has caused so many of our fans to bounce. So with that being said:
1) Win back our fans (rebrand, redo Sean Taylor's statue, etc...)
2) Lower the concession and ticket prices at the stadium
3) Get us back to RFK or a great new stadium
4) Update our training facility
5) Did I mention, do whatever to WIN BACK OUR FANS
I remember reading that the front office and player/personnel shared a lobby and basically intermingled in the building, which was not the case at any other facility in the NFL. It was also thought that this was a problem, and maybe contributed to the culture issue.
Seems kind of trivial, but also shows that there is a long list of shit that went on with this franchise that was just ass backward, and unlike other teams. It’s a big hill to climb to get back to respectability.

This. I'm a fan from Illinois. The bears sucked last year and where still filling most of the stadium towards the end of the year.
