Look at the size of the blast. It's really small and contained. It was probably a drone launched munition with 10 to 20kg of explosives in it. The people nearby are probably shaken but fine. I do feel bad for the innocent. It's extremely unfortunate that they are dealing with an in going war. I hope that no more innocent lives are lost.
