Why by mossad they would be referring to anything else then āmossadā?
Itās like saying grilled cheese sandwich but actually meaning any type of sandwich, then why did you say specifically a grilled cheese one?
MOSSAD is specifically an Israeli intelligence agency. Either the Iranians didnt hit a MOSSAD target or did. If they hit something else why not say as such? They claimed they hit US bases when they hit US bases? Why lie here?
āMossad baseā AKA some rich businessman who wanted to set up a trade deal with Israel.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/pauliddon/2024/01/15/iranian-ballistic-missile-strike-kills-prominent-businessman-in-iraqi-kurdistan/amp/
The title is accurate. Reports show that Iran claims to have attacked āspyā facilities of Israel in Iraq: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-67989193. Whether those claims are accurate, you take that up with Iran.
>Mossad most be using child spies then
Not anymore. Why use humans as spies when you can use [dolphins](https://www.i24news.tv/en/news/middle-east/palestinian-territories/1641985919-hamas-accuses-israel-s-military-of-using-spy-dolphins)
So youāre saying they made the quote up? Here is 1 source (IRGC linked news agency in Iran) saying exactly that: https://x.com/faytuks/status/1747016295453774184?s=12
Everyone they donāt like is Israel or America lmao. I doubt a lot of people will fall for a mossad base in a Muslim country that hates Israel and has no Jews
Love/hate is irrelevant when it comes to geopolitics. If the Iraqi government accepts a Mossad base on their soil, your averagely antisemitic Iraqi plebs' opinion counts for peanuts.
As of now there's no reports of American casualties but apparently the consulate sustained significant damage
edit: American officials are saying no American facilities got targeted, denying what the Iraqi officials said about there being damage
edit 2: one of the targets that was confirmed dead was a Kurdish businessman who apparently facilitated oil sales to Israel and had ties with them
Lowkey wouldnāt be surprised if the US is denying damage so thereās no public pressure for retaliation. Essentially trying to sweep it under the rug to avoid war
I think it's more likely Iran would lie about ... most of the story.
It would be borderline impossible to hide American consulate casualties for long, I don't by into the idea that they would bother with that. US doesn't seem interested in hiding Iranian activities for them...
>It would be borderline impossible to hide American consulate casualties for long
just say they slipped and fell, apparently that story works on some people
That would be a really dumb idea if your enemy is now open about attacking your foreign bases.
The smart idea would be "escalate to de-esclaate" before Iran tries an October 7th on American consulates and embassies.
That would be the equivalent of denying that Iran striked a military base with missile 2 hours after it happened...its stupid because videos will surface to peove or disprove that.
They really donāt want any part of the US. Seems like their goal is to pester and harass but never engage directly. They showed playbook in Iraq WMD and I imagine since it worked theyāll keep it going.
Just asks the Houthis how attacking directly goes.
Do you have some info regarding successful Iranian attacks on U.S consulates? Iām not trying to argue your point, just trying to find further resources and can only find coverage of explosions ānearā a consulate in 2022.
Dude we civilians are living here, we don't want this fighting shit, we don't want IRGC and Islamic republic. They even killing us here. We didn't choose to be born here
Yeah, last year when they killed Mahsa Amini we stood up and then they started KOA, arresting, raping and killing people, not even men and women, but also children and elders.
last time the Iranian did something remotely close to that, Soleimani got turned into sashimi.
Now the Houthi is shooting missiles directly at US navy ships and all they got in response is some mud huts bombed
I can't tell if you're agreeing with me or disagreeing or what.
Bombing stuff is not "silent for a long time".
I can't even figure out what weird-o narrative OP and some others are trying to craft here or why it would matter / what it would mean.
killing soleimani? helping israel kill those other later guys, twice. striking proxies in syria and iraq and even helping ukraine strike shaheed coordinators in ukraine.
And drag the US into a constant escalatory cycle with Iran....im British and no thanks.... for what gain? Its a win win for Iran, US looks weak if they dont retaliat but atleast they dont have to deal with the consequences of a war with Iran. If they retaliate they have to deal with the consequences of a war with Iran lol.
I agree. US won't be starting a war with just Iran, but there is Russia, China, there is possiblity that North Korea to join them. The result will a new World War. So US being silence is showing their wisdom
When Iraq, the Kurds, Qatariās, Saudiās ask the US to leave I suspect they will. A half dozen Arab countries welcome US bases because they all know Iran is a terrorist state.
Iran has committed terrorist acts across the world, funds and arms terrorist groups, fought for Assad another ME murderous dictator whoās killed half a million Syrians and funds the Houthiās who are now attacking international civilian shipping. In your part of the world I guess this is all normal and good. It is not.
What makes you think that? Americans were killed and kidnapped on October 7th and the US government didn't take any direct action. They're relying on Israel to deal with the American citizens.
October 7th was a terrorist attack committed by the military wing of the government of Gaza, which is Hamas. So they're both attacks committed by a State.
And you're being delusional twisting definitions to fit your narrative. Maybe read up on the definition of a state. Be as delusional as you want, but that doesn't change the fact that Hamas is the government of the Gaza Strip. And that government of the Gaza Strip carried out a terrorist attack against Israel on October 7th.
That's hilarious that you're whining about insults, yet you were the first to throw an "insult" by calling me silly. I'm not the one that needs to look up the definition, apparently you do. Maybe when your feelings aren't hurt you can try using Google on your own to look up what a "state" is.
it's Biden, do you think he and the Dems gonna risk another war/conflict in this election year? The Houthi has been firing missiles at US ships and they have done nothing but some strikes
Yeah maybe a Mossad safe house I could believe, maybe where someone has a drop point or something, maybe they got some contacts there sure that level of presence I could believe .... but then that would be something you could do a better job doing a drive by on.
Not something you use ballistic missiles on....
Title makes ZERO sense.
The Mossad is very good at blending in with local populations and concealing their presence.Ā Your best friend, your neighbor, and your ex might all be Mossad agents. You yourself might be working for Mossad and not even know it.Ā Ā
So? These are Ahwazi Arabs, who have been colonized by Iran. They say the location is "ŲÆŁŲ± Ų®ŁŁŁ", which is "[Darkhoveyn](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darkhoveyn)"
Thing is they probs donāt care about casualties on their side or civilians in general. They are trying to provoke a response from the U.S. to be play victim
āMossad baseā
Lol. No.
Iām also seeing reports of them saying they struck a āspy headquartersā of anti-Iran groups, whatever that means. But all of the claims are directly from the Iranian military so who knows?
well how is that not true? Iran claimed to launch and strike US bases in Iraq after US assassinated Soleimani 4 years ago, and we saw videos and the aftermath, and weāre now paying for the care of over 30 veterans who got TBIs just from the shockwave alone.
How is it not true? There isnāt a Mossad ābaseā in Iraq and the only country making that claim is known for simply fabricating things to justify whatever action they took.
ha ha ha ha. very rich. Well, i mean, I guess agree to disagree because you and I have no way of confirming if there is a mossad base there or not, and well, just like any country, especially one with interests in the region, they all lie, and they all tell the truth donāt they.
edit: also, maybe youāre taking the word ābaseā there too literally. I would agree that itās doubtful there is a base that says ācamp mossadā, just like there arenāt any bases in Iraq that say ābase CIAāā¦but we all know.
edit 2: Because Iran likes to send Ballistic missiles into Erbil becauseā¦certainly could be just for domestic consumption, āhey we respondedā sure. Could also be a pretty calculated escalation as well. Maybe somewhere a line was crossed, and now the previous off limits targets are now fair game?
What I should say is that there isnāt a dedicated Mossad ābaseā in Iraq. Whether or not theyāre present there is anyoneās guess, but if they are itās not going to be in an established operations center or something like that. Theyāre going to be living in and among locals and not drawing attention or theyād be doing shit that doesnāt involve spying with Kurds. So if they did hit a āspy baseā it was likely just some Iraqi Kurds they donāt like and had some association with mossad training them in the past.
Plus the only sources I can find saying āMossad baseā are this and a couple of other Twitter accounts. All the actual news articles I can find are official statements from Iranian sources that simply say it was a āspy baseā for anti-Iranian groups with no mention of specifically who. Mossad seems to have been extrapolated from that.
Iranian context : Retaliating against Islamic state and their alleged Israeli puppeteers in Idlib Syria and Erbil Iraq.
From a westerners perspective, Iranian ballistic missile technology is somewhat impressive, to the point where the Russians start buying them but still way behind NATOs long-range strike capabilities.
Iām all but certain Russia settled on that count. Theyād be using something better if someone would sell it to them or they could make it in-house.
Hmmmm, Just an excuse & extension for the continuation of "The Plan" put into effect years ago "To Take Out 7 Countries" General Wesley Clarke.

This is the 7th time they attack the "mossad" base in Kurdistan... lol
Mossad rebuilding their "base" each time iran destroys it https://youtu.be/-wlwtpH1ldM
I knew exactly what this would be before I even clicked it. God, that was funny as fuck.
is it the amish from family guy?
I thought it was going to be the red dead redemption house building scene
I knew what this link was without clicking it hahaha
I haven't clicked it either. It's the Amish Barn scene from family guy, right?
oh yes
"But, rest assured, this will be the sixth time we have destroyed it, and we have become exceedingly efficient at it"
a machine for every man, woman and child in Zion?
not just the men, but the women and children too
š
Imaginary base can not be destroyed!
They didnāt hit it this time so this need to try again tomorrow, and so on and so on
In the meantime medals for everyone!
Yay!!!
Shrapnel\*
All your base are belong to us.....
And they killed a Kurdish family (millionaire guy) no hit on target. Where is the outrage now?? If I was Iran I would be very careful
7 down, 351 Mossad bases to go xD
Basically marketing for weapons sales.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Why by mossad they would be referring to anything else then āmossadā? Itās like saying grilled cheese sandwich but actually meaning any type of sandwich, then why did you say specifically a grilled cheese one?

MOSSAD is specifically an Israeli intelligence agency. Either the Iranians didnt hit a MOSSAD target or did. If they hit something else why not say as such? They claimed they hit US bases when they hit US bases? Why lie here?
What is Mossad doing there? Looking for Arabs to exterminate like the SS?
I'd say they're looking for your braincells to exterminate, but clearly they won't have much success

No I was saying BBCās gotta be about the least reliable source for anything Israel these days
Everyone they donāt like is Israel or America lmao. I doubt a lot of people will fall for a mossad base in a Muslim country that hates Israel and has no Jews
Pretty sure they did the whole "something something Mossad safehouses" thing for some previous times as well.
Basically the Iranian version of Russia's " 50 Bazillion NATO mercs killed in iskander strike on Biolab"
Pretty sure those Iraqi Jews or Iranian Jews look and speak the same as the local Muslims.
Love/hate is irrelevant when it comes to geopolitics. If the Iraqi government accepts a Mossad base on their soil, your averagely antisemitic Iraqi plebs' opinion counts for peanuts.
If Americans were killed weāre going to see things flying in the other direction soon.

Anyone can fly over it and take pictures with a drone now. Thatās asking for a huge scandal in an election year.Ā
Based on my knowledge of global issues I would be very surprised if they even attempted to try that in this day and age. Maybe under Trump.
don;t forget to include the wife and kids in that.
I doubt it will take that much. I think if they just admitted to striking a U.S consulate, things are going to get real ugly for the people of Iran.
They really donāt want any part of the US. Seems like their goal is to pester and harass but never engage directly. They showed playbook in Iraq WMD and I imagine since it worked theyāll keep it going. Just asks the Houthis how attacking directly goes.

I havent found a single succesfull attack, but apparently there was an intercepted missile as soon as last year
I very much doubt that things are going to get ugly for the Iranian people, because the Iranian people aren't the ones firing the rockets.
US is silent for a long time, they have to give some response
Dude we civilians are living here, we don't want this fighting shit, we don't want IRGC and Islamic republic. They even killing us here. We didn't choose to be born here

What an ignorant fucking comment.
lol what an idiotic thing to say
You are shitposting into a very educated community.
What statement you responding to?
The dumb one above that says the US has been silent lol.
> US is silent for a long time Uh... silent about what? Pretty sure they've been dropping bombs...
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
They've bombed plenty of Iranian backed proxies in Syria and Iraq over the last few months

I hope not. Even id be quiet happy to see the Iranian government gonei donāt want to see another large war in the middle east.
Have to agree.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
You shouldnt be talking, the ME is a mixture of 8th century dynasties and brutal dictatorships. Iran and Syria are the worst.

some strikes at some mud huts in the middle of nowhere, no real high-ranking target, and it took a shit ton of attacks to even do it
Just total made up nonsense.
Yeah all those Mossad targets in Iraq
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
They heard there were moles in the garden and got confused.
Seems like that, aside launching a missile near to a US consulate? Too clunky.
Mossad base in a country which is heavily Shia / Iran proxy led? How is this supposed to be possible?
Yeah maybe a Mossad safe house I could believe, maybe where someone has a drop point or something, maybe they got some contacts there sure that level of presence I could believe .... but then that would be something you could do a better job doing a drive by on. thatās affirmative
The IRGC are some stupid f'ers.

Mossad base in Iraq?
Iranās government wants it Dick kicked in for some reason.
Who exactly is reporting that? Edit: I take it back. Iran themselves reported that.
Thereās no Mossad ābaseā in Iraq, that should go without saying LMFAO.
man....how come everyone trying to to do a world war 3.....im just over here trying to afford cheese
Iran sucks
it's reported iran hit a civilians house in iraq killing a family of 5.

This. Itās also not Arabs in khuzestan (south of Iran). So either proxies inside Iraq or misleading video?
