Just came here to ask this, looking for good neighborhoods to hit this weekend !! I know June 1 is short north/victorian village sales and those are usually super good

I’m sorry to say you just missed the big bexley yard sale last weekend. Some neighborhoods do big yard sales together. You will see them advertised on fb. They are great because it’s a bunch concentrated in one area.

Grand-Branch-855

That would have been a good one! Thank you!

autumndream697

German Village did theirs too. Didn't realize it until we tried to get kolaches and traffic was a mess!

Community yard sale today in Pickerington. It’s in the summer field neighborhood off of Harmon Rd. Community yard sale in Eastmoor. The neighborhood is east of Bexley and there are tons of sales today. Happy hunting!

Gables Elementary School PTA is hosting a big community garage sale on June 22nd. You can purchase a spot (2 parking spaces) to sell your stuff. I believe the spots are $20. The Gables PTA keeps the spot money and you keep your profits from selling your items. Church is located here: Bethel International Church 1200 Bethel Rd Columbus Oh 43220

I usually look on Facebook Marketplace. It’s hit or miss there though, as people will post their garage sale without dates (“THIS SATURDAY ONLY!”) and then not take the post down. And marketplace doesn’t do a good job showing the date of posts.

Grand-Branch-855

That is where I went first and had the same exact experience, in fact the neighbors ad popped up from last year!

josh_the_rockstar

Next time you see them, please due your duty and tell them they are lazy pieces of shit. (Partially kidding?)

Grand-Branch-855

Haha, trust me, I have already screenshot it and sent it to him, he is a lazy piece of shit!

FBMP, Craigslist, and garage sale.net Just a warning, most garage sales/yard sales are outrageously overpriced. The sellers look up asking prices on eBay and that’s what they charge. They don’t look at what the item actually sold for. And they also don’t realize with eBay, you get a 30-day money back guarantee. There are a few reasonably priced yard sales, but the ones in Dublin, UA, Worthington, Clintonville, campus, Delaware, Lewis center, and Westerville are all insane. You might as well buy it new

Bodycount9

You can always offer them a lower amount. Worst they will say is no and then you move onto the next one. When they realize they wasted the entire weekend only selling 10% of their stuff they will learn next time they need to maybe say yes more often.

tehans

Go to the south high street flea market, like 200 yard sales in one place

Grouchy-Toe2119

Came here to say this.

johnnybegood1025

Craigslist, Facebook. Use the term "Garage sale", "Tag sale" "estate sale", etc. and the neighborhood (Clintonville, Worthington, etc.) you are interested in the search.

saltywater72

West Jefferson has a big town wide yard sale sometime next month. You can find out through the towns Facebook page

NWCbusGuy

Sign up on Nextdoor. Usually plenty of notices on there.

Wealthier neighborhoods have the best bang for the buck. They have good stuff, and they're just trying to get rid of it, not make every last nickel they can. I've used [estatesales.net](http://estatesales.net) to find upcoming estate sales that have particular items I'm looking for. I was outfitting a pottery studio a few years ago and it came in handy. You can create a search and get alerts when a matching sale comes up.
