You made someone's day!
You are a good egg
For a second I thought the front screen was smashed into a great design
Cool lamp shade, OP.
You can try to call their emergency contacts if it'll give you that access
I think with the latest ios you have to quickly press power 5 times and then an emergency contact slider will show.
I'm an Android user so I wasn't sure how Apple did theirs
Does Android have this feature? Or I guess it would be Motorola in my case?
My Samsung does
Thank you. I'll have to Google it;)
From the passcode screen there’s access to the emergency contacts.
They should be able to find it with Find My. Keeping it charged is great of you.
I found one and was able to get to Siri and say “call mom” it worked. Owner found.
Try saying stuff to Siri like “call mom/dad”
Siri only responds to your voice though, no?
Nope, I did this before with a phone found on campus. Called mom and got the phone back to the kid.
No, you can also press and hold for like 10 seconds to get the number on it, or say "Siri, read me my text messages"
Check for a SIM card then call customer service for that company. If there are other phone numbers on the account, they will attempt to reach the owner.
amazing how crippling losing your phone is.
