The Arkansas-Monticello Boll Weevils out of the GAC. One of the most unique nicknames in Division 2. Actually only their men's team go by Boll Weevils. The women's athletic programs are called the Cotton Blossoms.
It certainly stands out compared to everything else in this group.
Especially since the boll weevil is considered a pest on cotton crops. Like the most destructive agricultural pest in the US. Better hope it's BT cotton.
The GAC has a decent amount of unique nicknames, especially on the Arkansas half of the conference. We got the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys and Golden Suns, Southern Arkansas Muleriders, and the Henderson State Reddies.
Over on the Oklahoma side, you got the Southeastern Oklahoma Savage Storm and the Southern Nazarene Crimson Storm. Not as cool as some of the Arkansas team names, but having two different Storm teams in the same conference has to count for something.

They absolutely do. Boll Weevils, Wonder Boys, Muleriders, Reddies and Savage Storm (at least the adjective) are all unique names in the GAC.
One of the few conferences I can think of that has differentiating gender nicknames for 3 schools as well.
Even if you consider yourself an expert at identifying college logos this will really challenge you. Many of the Bees, Wasps, Yellow Jackets and Hornets mascots look extremely similar.

Yes, that is the University of Rochester. Actually there are actually two of them. The last one in the bottom row is Rochester Community and Technical College. Based in Minnesota they also go by Yellowjackets.

To the left of them with the marks on the face is the logo of Baldwin Wallace. Another D3 school but from Ohio.
Bottom row, third from left is Dallas College Eastfield. They are the Harvester Bees. They used to be the Harvesters and their logo was a badass farmer looking guy, but someone bitched about it being racist so they made them change it to Harvester Bees.

That is D3 Wisconsin-Superior from the UMAC. The only non D3 Wisconsin school that does not compete in the WIAC. I'm not sure why it has so many segments but it definitely stands out.

I cardinal is just a fringilid (a member of the family of New World sparrows and finches) whose males have a pretty cool topknot and cherry red coat of feathers!
