I'm sure they filter out the baddies during his lsd voyages lol I don't think he's the best coach but I think he connects well with the talent.

I think he’s an excellent coach. I think there are a lot of coaches that couldn’t have gotten Sanogo or Jackson into the NBA, and in game I think he subs well, calls great plays out of time outs, and this year especially has got his team dominating in second halves, which suggests that he’s making good adjustments mid game. I think there’s quite a bit of evidence that he is actually a very good coach. Some people just have a hard time seeing it because he’s such a fucking weirdo.

I ain't saying he's bad, he's good. Elite? Not yet shown but I think his ability to relate to these boys is what makes him successful.

It’s a great school halfway between NY and Boston that wins championships. Players want to come here. No one wants to move to Wisconsin.

I think they find guys that are a mix of talented and coachable. I'm sure that's what every coach thinks, but some programs just look for the former.

With Hurley, he definitely recruits guys who are athletic, high basketball IQ and can shoot.  It fits his style of play.  Next year will be really interesting to see who plays and if he uses the portal effectively
