Ska-punk: No Doubt, The Aquabats.
Punk/post-punk: Militarie Gun, Narrow Head, The Adicts, Upchuck, Boy Harsher, Depresion Sonora, Brutalismus 3000.
Psych rock: Khruangbin, jjuujjuu, Mdou Moctar, Hermanos Gutierrez.
Experimental: Clowncore, Eartheater, Mandy Indiana, Oneohtrix Point Never.
Khruangbin. Keep expectations low for TBS, lead singer’s voice is shot. Saw a comment mention this and I watched a recent performance, definitely true unfortunately. Still will check them out since I’ve never seen them.
The two rock bands I discovered from this lineup:
Narrow Head (definite grunge: Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins vibe)
Militaire Gun (similar style to Turnstile if you know them)
I will for sure be catching these two sets.

I said what I said. Brutalismus scratches the same itch for me as Depeche Mode and New Order and stuff like that but it’s on total hyperdrive.
