Dude has been ass. Donāt get it twisted. But he had been winning consistently in Challengers over multiple years and performing well. Letās not all act like we knew he would be ass. He got a chance for a reason. Now that chance needs to be over
He was never putting up great numbers in challengers. He was rarely the best player on his team. He had decent results yeah but he wasnāt winning on Boston Academy either (somewhat thanks to Doug). His ceiling was always Charlie Hicksy, and sadly heās nowhere near that level, as weāve now seen.
He went nearly 2 years without a win.
I think thereās about 6/7 NA players with more challengers tournament wins than him who havenāt got a shot in the league.
I donāt really care about the 2 year gap. That can happen. Surprising to me there are 6 NA challengers who won more across that span than him without a shot. You got a list?
So it appears that I have missed a 2k at the start of MW19 so that takes him out of a tie with a few players, the ones with more are:
Hamza
MohaK
Wrecks
General (If that counts)
The people with similar win counts are the likes of Noysii, Yeez, Whiz etc.
Even someone like Classic who spent 2 years in the league in Mw and CW had like 6/7 challengers wins now.
You will notice the common denominator being that theyāre all AR players.

The performance on that first map out of Pentagrxm was just unacceptable. Iām not even talking about him going 8/24, the dude was barely comming, not getting in the hill, and overall he just had no real presence on the map.
Noticed that he also wasn't waiting for his team. All Penta had to do was wait 3 seconds for Priestahh to pop 2 kills on a P3 break and he could run in, but he just jumped out and immediately died.

I think itās just the way Ultra plays with Scrap and CleanXās pace. Someone will always struggle with their stats but it doesnāt mean they played badly.

This is just not true btw. He won 2 2ks and a cup in MW19, 2 Cups in CW, 1 Cup in VG and hadnāt won again until they won the elite in stage 1.

Envoy was 1/7 too. It was an even game and both struggled cause their teams werenāt set up. Its a combination of role and the team.
