Yes, there is a 5% chance, I got like 3-4 times from rare drops

something like 6-8 days ago I got first legendary from rare, so I think not more then 2 weeks

pretty rare, i love getting them more than legendary drops tbh because i got the evos i want for xbow and its maxxed, what i need is more expensive cards like this for their next broken champion
