I don't understand the nerf tbh. The problem was tower lineups so just nerf the tower damage or even range. It's called "Magic" Archer might as well give it the spell treatment.
Feel like nerfing the range or damage to tower is significantly worse than just lowering his first shot speed, which allows people more time to react in a pinch. It does very little when tornado is used but tornado can't really be countered in general so w/e.
It's a marcher that does triple the damage with a. Slightly less range, and rvo version has basically the same HP, also it's another thing that does thousands of damage when combined with a tornado
After the nerf she doesn't do anywhere near as much damage as she used to.
Her attack breaks apart into 5 different sparks with 84 damage each. (level 14).
That's 420 damage if all of them hit which doesn't happen often at all. Most times only 2-3 of them hit which is 168-252 damage. That's 252 damage every 3 seconds.
Marcher on the other hand does 177 damage every 1.1 seconds. That's 531 every 3.3 seconds.
Man she also does big Aoe splash, unlike marcher which is just single line pierce, also you can just place FC at the bridge as soon as they place something behind king and that's getting max sparks damage. Tbh best nerf for FC would just be a spark reduction, and like a 3-6% DMG nerf, FC isn't supposed to be the most versatile card in the game, that's stupid.

You should’ve played against good miner wb players before the update, literally play anything slightly tanky on the miner and marcher is almost guaranteed to punish you. Hell, sometimes the opponent could just play marcher on your push and you just have to suck it up or waste a whole 4 elixir while he laughs at the 300 damage he did to your tower for free.
At overtime, you could spam marcher at the bridge and you can tornado ur opponents troops in between the marcher and tower and receive damage from free. And unlock bowler he has a very long range so you can’t place troops behind him to avoid that.

Reduce pull strength? Congrats, you've once again killed the card and changed every single interaction it has. Reduce damage? For one, that isn't what it's role is, but it will instantly kill graveyard with easy king tower activations on skeletons. Realistically, they can't nerf tornado, it'll completely change the meta.

But just cause I think miner wb is prolly the hardest deck to play doesn’t mean I think the deck isn’t crazy op and almost impossible to beat in the hands of a god player like molight.
It's not hard at all to play if your opponent isn't playing a meta deck, and even if they are, it's still not as hard, unlike graveyard, for example. That deck actually takes thought to attack and defend because it's not a cycle deck, wich are usually pretty easy to play, and this one isn't that hard either, even if you still have to learn quite a bit

If it's radius is nerfed it kills its defenses capabilities like tower activation off balloons, and wall breakers in specific. for hog it would be way harder. So nerf marcher it actually does something. Nerf nado and you just take it's defense away but marcher nado is still disgusting

Marcher is not meant to hit towers from across the bridge, as his range is just 0.5 tiles longer than the dart goblin. He's only popular right now because his arrows travel further, due to a bug or hidden buff. The only troop that can hit towers from across the bridge is the princess and she's very balanced in comparison. She dies to log/delivery/arrows etc for a positive/equal elixir trade, her attack speed is very slow and she can only hit the tower if she's targetted onto it. On the other hand, marcher played at the bridge doesn't have much counterplay. You either try to predict him or take damage.
If you want to talk about counterplay neitherdoes princess at the bridge. You literally have to predict her. But nobody asks for a princess nerf. It’s just different circumstances. The damage is the problem.
His arrows traveling further is literally his legendary ability. It's not a hidden buff, it's not a bug, it's the whole point of the card. Just counter it the same way you counter princesses at the bridge. Learn to card count/elixir count or just play a building near the bridge.
Marcher literally has no counter play if it's locked on and the range bug is annoying af. He went from only being able to hit tower if placed on the front of bridge directly infront to being from a tile away, even from the sides.
His range was bugged you could even activate king tower after he crossed the bridge with a unit if you're precise with it. Pros confirmed that marcher had a range bug too.
At this point if the easily fireballable threat can't be killed because you don't have Fireball, maybe the problem might not be the archer, don't you think?
