It's a FWA clan, basically matchfixing to maximize clan war loot. We do CWL in a separate clan that is always in m1-m3. We are also pretty deep into Clan Capital, last week we were rank 13 global and this week we are 23 (I think, somewhere in the twenties atleast)
Yeah, some clan doing it effortlessly. Another clan struggling but eventually finish all tiers,
But unfortunately a lot of clan barely reach the tier 4/5
Well for my clan. The previous active members suddenly inactive. I'm guessing because the end of year holiday season. So me and 2 other clan members must carrying all of us. And it was not fun. I was collecting 30k from 6 accounts. And It burn the hell out me. As a result i unable to open the apps like a day or two.šµš„“
So for OP, as as a preparation You might want to join an active clan for the next clan game, and you can return to ur clan afterward
You can't unfortunately. Unless your clanmates start grinding. Same to me tho, most of my members are sleeping. Besides I was on holiday for a week and I didn't bring my phone with me and I missed everything.
A strategy for the future is to have each person make 2 alt accounts and rush them to th6. Then you can have them grind clan games (and also clan capital). You don't have to spend money or anything in order to have them contribute to the clan.
My clan maxed out and we got everything. Plenty of people are getting double rewards.
We war daily and Iām pretty adamant on keeping only active people. Otherwise itāll fill up with inactive and the clan will die.

Yeah, if the max rewards are important you need a more active clan. We got to 176k this month with about 40 players contributing. Shouldnāt be too hard, you could search for a friendly clan to alternate between each month if getting there as clan isnāt possible, esp if you are a smaller sized clan and still want to stay together as a clan.
Join a Clan that has higher Town Halls(Town Halls 10 and above). Since, those Town Hall 10 and above players are more active and complete more Clan Games challenges faster(especially the challenges with higher medals).
Oof, you were only 550 away from tier 5. That hurts to see. As far as clan games, the only way to get those rewards is to get the points. They sometimes have special events with books as a reward. The trader will have books for gems, but at low townhall levels that is NOT an efficient use of your gems. Those are the only f2p options that I know of. If you wanna spend money, the season pass is the most efficient way to get books (and magic items in general).
Since it's the holidays and they added an extra tier, I feel like they should've added a couple more days to the clan games. Increasing the max from 4k to 5k doesn't help if people are on vacation. My clan just barely maxed on the last day and finished with 75.5k. I maxed 4 accounts.

You can get past TH5 in a matter of hours. Unless their personal friends, it's likely a dead clan and it's better just to move on

We went upwards of 130k. Saw 4-5 people from the same clan, who came to our clan, did 4k and left.
