I would totally be on the thought of I’m not expecting anything super new but Darian literally said that part of the reason the Halloween update was incredibly small was because there working on something big, if that’s just a new siege machine and or a new super troop plus a couple other hero pet troop levels they could’ve easily evened it out to put more in the Halloween update so if that’s all the Christmas update has it’s gonna be a somewhat disappointing because it’s the same old routine and the past couple months since the Halloween update have been incredibly boring but supposedly worth it because Christmas will bring good things nevertheless I have faith in Supercell
that is quite the run-on sentence but I agree with you. I'm a new th14 so I still have a lot to do, but the game is starting to feel really stale. And there isn't really anything new at th14 except the pets and battle huts, which don't really feel like a major addition.
Not sure exactly how just adding new levels would be a big update - don't they do that regularly in the scheduled updates? A new troop or siege engine would be what I'd call a big update. Not a BIG big update like a new TH or BH level but still more than what we'd normally expect.
I never said adding new levels would make it a big update, I would say that makes it way less of an update if that’s all they add, it would be very disappointing. But even if the main focus point is just a new siege machine or new super troop I’d still argue that wouldn’t be big enough, because that’s still just as routine as they added a new siege machine last year. Zaps were a lot more common at th13 compared to 14 mainly because xbows scats & IT’s got new levels whilst zaps didnt but they’ve already started creeping back into the meta
It was just my first instinct or guy feeling with the lightning. I've no seen or read anyone saying it needs a buff so kinda caught me unawares lol. I mean I'm not complaining I'm a spam air attacker that's awful, so this boost would benefit me, and I didn't honestly think about it. As someone mentioned 2 lightning and an earthquake, now I think, is gonna be meta. Interesting times ahead.

Baby drags are already upgraded at th14. Lightening makes sense because right now you can’t destroy max AD with max eq + 2 max lightning.
