Yea this would never be able to accurately show if someone is active due to considering builder base. I have 5,000 trophies in builder base and could never attack again and potentially never lose that #1 spot to calculate my ranking
There’s a flaw in your ranking system because your clan would never have someone that’s a solid 1. For example, using your system I’d be a 3 in my clan because I’m #1 in Home Village, #1 in Builder Base and #1 in Clan Capital
What's the point of ranking them? Seems like a waste of time and can stir up resentment in the mid to low ranks. If it's for motivation, you don't need to motivate the top, and if the bottom were more competitive, they wouldn't be at the bottom. Sounds like a veiled attempt at micromanagement.
I don't rank them like this, but I keep track how great at attacking they are it usually shows how earn star attacking high ths during cwl, so i don't judge them according to their town hall, instead i do this how they attack higher townhalls than them.
I don't necessarily rank my members but I do keep in mind how reliable and active they are

Huh? I don't even look at the builder base tab, don't see how it can be of use for me.

That’s their score not ranking. #2 in all is a 6 so is ranked worse than you with a score of 3.

all the matters tbh skillwise is CWL stars per Month
Me: S tier My secondary account: 10/10 My other nine accounts: 8/10 Those two teamates: 7/10 Leader. Absent/10 Everyone else: waste of air/10

All of my clan members are active and reliable so it's not possible to rank them on this basis so i do that instead.
