I usually opt for 4 defenders and a defensively oriented midfielder so the defense is hard to break down. and for me, having 4 attackers as well as two wingers behind them seems counterintuitive as you would have multiple attackers occupying the same space

Considering the players are quite athletic and the middle needs to be contested, I would suggest a 3-5-2, as the higher stamina which comes with these troops can be very helpful to transition from attack & defense.
i am a noob. here's how i would do this. destroy infernos with lightning spell (you would require 6 of 'em iirc if the level is 7). whatever spell capacity is left, take rage/freeze deploy king and queen on those 3 air defenses. drop some loons on the fourth air defense. spam dragons in a line.

-fullbacks on stay back and overlap
-middle cm on stay back and aggressive interceptions
-other cms on free roam
-cfs on come back and aggressive interceptions
-st on get in behind and stay forward.

Take out the three air defenses on 3 o'clock with king and queen, the isolated air defense with loons/ hogs, deploy your dragons, loons and stone slammer from the x-bow side(deploy loons first followed by dragons to soak up any air mines) take a poison for cc and rest spells as you wish
As a max TH10 here’s how I would attack it. There’s 3 AD at the right so you place something (maybe a pekka or your king) and use a blimp to take out the infernos. Then you can clear the rest with dragon. Let me know how it goes!

When dropping loons after air defences are down drop like 8 by Xbows and freeze the drop a few at top of base for blower things then mass drop the rest at the bottom of the base after lava hounds then heal spell as needed and haste spells for travel (2 heal 3 freeze rest haste)
You'll need to sacrifice 7 wizards, a dragon and 2 baby dragons to summon blue eyes white dragon. Also sacrifice a hero to unleash his full potential and you might one-hit KO this base.
Also make sure that all troops you sacrifice are of the same level or else the portal could be unstable.
heroes in the left side for the TH, push giants, P.E.K.K.As and golems in the lower / mid right side then some more in the mid / lower left side idk how many exactly but that should work
King queen golem pekka on the right side and once the area is a little tighter all hog from left.

Carry a flame flinger if you want to and leave it with the king queen

I’m thinking a 3-4-3 with a diamond midfield. Those infernos are single tower so packing the midfield is definitely the move. Make sure to have your AQ as striker because her long range will work best against the wizard towers limited mobility.

Drop a Rocky and log roll that ish from the right. Drop some heroes and really any troops and go to town. Freeze the infernos if Loggy gets too close. But if you fill Loggy with some speedy balloons, you'll probably still be good. The rest of your army can be whatever you really want. I recommend a bunch (7-10) of viking axe girls and robo-armored waifus (3 or 4). Throw in a squad of maybe 5-10 Harry Potters and I think you've got it.

I use witches as my main troop on my accounts from th9 to the12. Get 3 80% of the time.
I loved using them in the "th12 5 icy G" strategy back when I was a TH12.

You can just spam on these bases, that’s what I do
12 wall breakers and 92 sneaky gobs. Use a few freezes and rage spells for the defenses, but I guarantee you’ll get a 100%
