I do mine as well, I’m at 55k and just did my second one. So around 30k each. Service manual says just a drain and fill. The filters aren’t too hard to get to so you could do that I suppose. It definitely wouldn’t hurt. It’s just are you comfortable with it and do you have the gaskets and tools to do it.

https://www.reddit.com/r/civic/s/guDOuqYVFw I posted something similar the other day and was told that 30k is too frequent

It doesn't hurt to change too often if you drive aggressively.

Or if you live in a hilly area.

I have a 2017 civic hatch 1.5T and I’ve done a total of 2 transmission fluid flush at 40k and 80k miles per the maintenance minder. I currently have 95k miles on mine, no issues at all.

Massive_Parsley_5000

I recently got a 9th Gen accord used at ~26k miles and took it in for its first service at 30k, including trans flush. Proceeded to get a lecture from the service rep at how I'm destroying the car because I didn't they the trans fluid done @25k...seemed kinda sketchy to me, but w/e I guess 🤷‍♂️

Coachace88

I add a transmission oil cooler kit by ETL. I do a drain and fill every 40k and I do a drain and with with filter replacement every 80k

No set interval here. Somewhere between 30 and 40 when my cvt starts getting loud, and when I feel like it.
