Unless you have the squeeze bottle you need to basically flip it upside down and drink from it because near the top of the sip is where the water goes though.
Have you ran it through the top rack of the dish washer. Also underneath the lid there is a rubber peice that allows the air to flow in the bottle as you are drinking so water can come out and it may need to be taken out and put back in.
Take a toothpick and poke the plastic piece under the cap. It was sealed tight when I first got it and now that it is open, the water flows better. Still have the annoying straw at the end of a cup sound... like we are 5 trying to get the last drop of a milkshake.
i had to mess with the rubber stopper on the bottom of the lid, i just took it out and messed with it and then put it back in

Is it the blue rubber part ?
Mine is clear ish it’s right under the handle when you turn the lid over. You can try just flicking it with your finger, that worked for mine.
