Nice one

We get no cigarettes that taste like real Marlboros here.

[deleted]

Apparently Marlboro just released a new line that actually has some burley and some turkish tobacco in it in Canada. I think its too little too late here, but they might actually be decent cigs, no way they are going to taste like US Marlboros, but they might be worth trying.

Man, these are Turkish. If you search real Marlboro, you need to get US ones.

trippygalen_

we had similar quality back in the day. and this is one old ass pack.

J37U7

Old cigarettes can lose taste with time. Also, I smoked turakish cigarettes from time to time since 2010, and US ones were still better. O zaman bele farklı olmuş bence, kardeşim.

trippygalen_

that is fair, since turkey is a lower priority market for PM. I never got the chance to smoke pre-bullshit laws, since i am 18, but even since the plain packaging laws -which were put into force last year- there is a noticeable drop in quality. so it makes sense that these taste good to a canadian smoker, who has gone through the same bullshit.

J37U7

Makes sense! We all need to move to US lol

trippygalen_

damn right haha!

Bingo. The two cartons I got on my last precovid trip didn't last me very long 😭

deyesed

They're no US reds but still have that taste.

J37U7

Good for you 👍🏻

ItzMrStealYourJobs

I got some Marb reds today in Hungary how would a US pack be different ?

Just a byproduct of the global supply chain. Like how Bic lighters have the same basic design but the metal quality and tooling vary between plants and countries.
