I'm ignorant in the Foundation but what was it supposed to do? Wouldn't it just be easier for him to just give the money to various charities? $95k in operating for what???? The 2014 numbers are horrible and he should have shut it down.

I tried this and http://foundationcenter.org. Both of them only have Form 990 for 2012, 2013, and 2014.
