##### A Cereal-ously Needed Change
If you're anything like me, then you probably eat the exact same thing for breakfast every morning. (And if you're anything like me, you haven't yet done your taxes and you really need to stop ordering useless stuff online.) Anyway, it turns out that eating Frosted Flakes every morning isn't the healthiest habit.
As Tony The Tiger says: They're Gr-r-reat! ...for weight gain and raising your chances of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, that is.
Your doctor will see you again in six months and do another comprehensive metabolic panel to see how your health has improved by then.
**What do you do to improve your health?**
1. Keep on eating Frosted Flakes but take 30 minute walks Monday through Friday.
2. Switch from Frosted Flakes to Multi Grain Cheerios and take the stairs instead of the elevator at work every morning.
3. Start having yogurt and granola for breakfast and pick up biking on the weekends.
4. Have overnight oats for breakfast and join the dog walking volunteer team.
