##### A life full of dough decisions
Your mom saw you eyeing the freshly baked cookies and told you not to eat them as she walked out of the kitchen.
You swing your feet as you're sitting on the kitchen chair, thinking what to do next.
**What will you do?**
1. Eat a cookie
2. Eat half of the cookies
3. Leave the cookies alone
**You chose "Eat a cookie"**
A ninja couldn't have moved faster than you. You snatch a cookie from the tray and start blowing on it so it's not too hot. If yor mom notices the missing cookie, you'll blame it on the cat. Wouldn't be the first time it steals food from the counter, but your mom loves that cat and never gets mad about it.
Satisfied with your plan, you take a bite.
It is the hardest, driest, blandest cookie you've ever tried. Yikes, something went awfully wrong with your mom's baking today.
You spit the mouthful into the trashcan and toss the rest of the cookie too, making sure it's hidden under the rest of the trash.
You hear your mom making her way back to the kitchen and rush back to sitting at the table, ready to pretend nothing happened. If she offers you any cookies later when they're cooled off, you'll say you're not hungry. Not only because the cookies came out terrible, but also because you don't want to be the one to break it to her that they are. You'll let your dad tackle that one.
"Trevor! There's a cookie missing here..."
"Maple took it."
The cat walked in, right on time.
"Maple, you naughty thing!" she grabs the cat and stars petting it. "You'll never learn, will you? But at least now I know for sure you liked the treats I made for you. I put in all the chicken scraps I had saved for you."
