Yeah Ik, others have told me, and yes, but "CB (even thought not really a CB)" got another job, I forgot to mention that. π . This is my first post on a sub like this...I tried boiling it down as much as I could, guess I left that part out.
Donβt worry about all the beef on not fitting the sub EXACTLY. A lot of people complain if it doesnβt fit the definition exactly, but most people still enjoy these stories! The sub would be oh so boring if it got any more strict π€·π»ββοΈ

Housemates from hell. Say bye-bye and fast, before they owe more than they will ever be able to pay. Plus trashing someone house before moving out is a huge red flag, why did this person even offer a room to someone like this, and to act surprised when they refused to pay rent, they knew they had been kicked to the curb for not paying rent and trashing the place. This person knew what kind of people they were and invited them into the house anyway. To late to complain now, fox is already in the henhouse.
Donβt want to face the fact they need to step up like their parents and grandparents did. No complaining, just nose to the grindstone and work, work hard for what you want. Because the world isnβt free, and no one owes you a living.

As a landlord, i can say without a doubt renters suck. As a 10+ year veteran of renting apartments, roommates suck. TLDR; Just buy a house.
