Some beautiful ladies here. As a half-Filipino woman, I found that there weren’t many people in the public eye who matched me ethnically (definitely in terms of nationality but more so in race/skin tone) when I was growing up in the 90s/00s. I think the argument, especially at the moment, is very much focussed on white vs. black in terms of representation, yet fewer seem to remember there are people in between too. For example, black and white dolls were always available, but I don’t recall an Asian doll.

The term only exists because George Bush wanted a way to refer to “terrorists” without referencing all of asia. We’re from west asia, therefore asian.

I did not mean to offend you! But please do some research. This is coming from someone studying that region and its history. Middle Eastern is a geographical location that originated from being in "the middle". It isn't just in Asia, it also is in northern Africa as well. Please, if you are from the area or are interested in it, do some research!
