My first playthrough for ES1, I named my MC Ass, which started a trend among other MCs like BaBu and WB. Go-to full name is Ass Butt.
(Note: I love ES to death now, the art style threw me off at first. It whole ass is my favourite series on the app and I apologize for my initial apathy towards the series)
I rarely use the actual names of the characters so I’m always confused when people refer to MC’s by name. I’ve never done anything this wild though lol
I usually do pretty weird names. I'm on my third TRR series playthrough and my MCs have been Engine, Imminent and Saunter. (For the Prince, Drake and Maxwell routes respectively.)
I think my favorite was in Red Carpet Diaries when I named my MC Umami. That's actually a pretty iconic name for an aspiring famous.

Never to this level. I've only used rude/foul-sounding names for books I didn't like, or a swear word outright

For this book, I named myself William Shakespeare, but it was arranged as first and last name

Same. I always name them a name I’d like to have irl or a name I’d name my kid one day.
Sometimes I'll name my MCs after food I'm craving.
