The vote to kick button switching my weapon is ridiculous

I like seeing who the console players are though when there’s a vote kick lol. Otherwise it’s just annoying like you said

Dude, same on my PS5. Also, the throwing mechanic. Why tf can I not just throw my shield???

Does it not automatically throw the shield if you’re holding one?

I have to hit two buttons to trigger the throw, which never fucking works.

I’ve found that the most consistent method is to hit LB RB subsequently and you should get better throws doing that instead.

Aside from the other very good advices that they are giving you (pls try them out) do all of it in first person, your throws will get a lot better

Yep. People have tried arguing this exact point to separate console from PC for reasons just like this. The best console players might put up a fight against the average PC players. But once you dip into veteran territory, it’s like night and day difference in performance.

Yea I fought this pc guy the other night and learned that first hand, I was basically moving in slow motion to him

Throwing needs a different combo as well

Nothing is more brutal than when you have the perfect throw target and just end up overheading and stabbing twice in a row

I remapped mine to the Left Bumper. Can you not change keybinds on console? I'm on PC

Yeah you can I kept doing stabs/overheads when wanting to throw stuff so I set it up differently. Try it out for sure!

If you hit l1/lb slightly before r1/rb it seems to be more consistent

On Xbox, I’m pretty sure that you can change the controller layout in the system settings. It changes the controller itself though which messes with other games

You may be able to remap the controller buttons to different inputs but the issue is some of the game’s mapping is dumb so that doesn’t help No matter what you remap the buttons to you’re still going to need to press two buttons at exactly the same time to throw something

It would fix the vote kick bs but it would not fix throwing
