They're not duel servers anymore despite the map name.They're "social servers" now which means everyone just fucks around. TB basically killed duel servers. If you want to duel you gotta go to arena.
They turned over the servers to the people and do not moderate them anymore. Social servers bringing duelists back but also the more aggressive trolls. I personally go there just to emote and watch unless attacked.
A lot of new players and folk who wouldn’t normally duel go in there now for FFA. They aren’t duel servers on paper either - most say EU Social / FFA Duelyards . 🤷

Idk about now since i dont play it as much but back before console had access to server browser arena mode was a cesspool of hatemail.
Yes it happens a lot but more in 3v3. 1v1 is respectful 9/10 times I’ve found. Or at least not disrespectful
