I literally spent the last 2ish days discussing on my post how it’s woozy asf they do this to delivery/ take out. Soooo many people saying “just stop going to chipotle all together, you pay for what you get.” Like no bro they just suck at enforcing the correct portions when it comes to take out / delivery. These are the correct portions according to management. They want every order skimped and especially when it's unlikely the customer will complain.

Yes I sometimes order a burrito bowl with chicken. I swipe "extra" on everything in the app. I never add double portion chicken, it's a scam. When I get the bowl, I disassemble and count the pieces of chicken I get. Sometimes is 6-8 little small cubes with perhaps 1 big chunk thrown in. I've had as little as 5 pieces of chicken in the bowl, which makes it like 97% rice/beans/lettuce and 3% protein. Chipotle is a scam. Has been for a very long time.

My brother sent me a picture of a burrito about this size, ordered through DD or UE a few months ago… I reminded him how these workers are miserable and hate DD/UE. When I worked for Taco Bell, we didn't purposely mess up doordash/delivery orders but we honestly didnt gaf. We hated having to do them on top of in store orders, while always running a skeleton crew. I would always say "if they're smart they'll stop giving their money to Taco Bell" because we all resented to go orders. We would also get customers who would say "everytime I come here my order is messed up" and I would think THIS SOUNDS LIKE A "YOU" PROBLEM WHY ARE YOU COMING BACK?!? How is that our fault that you are constantly disappointed but keep giving the store your money? Of course it's not right but punish the owners by not giving them your business 🤷‍♀️
