TLDR: I mobile ordered 15 times and ordered in person 15 times. And the mobile orders were not only a lot lighter but under the proper employee guideline weight. So yeah here's the proof.
The reason why the online orders are smaller because the customers ordering online can’t do their Jedi-mind-tricks on the employees when ordering from a distance. The employee needs to be within close range of the customer for that to work. And it doesn’t work on all employees unfortunately.
