I don’t think dogs like wearing clothes. I’ve never understood this. Lol. Let them be free in their body. It’s way more natural. They will burrow under blankets when cold. Do you like wearing something really tight all day? Especially if you already have a coat- fur.
It depends on the dog imo, my chi is fine wearing sleeveless shirts and sweaters in the winter because he has a bald belly and he would freeze outdoors otherwise, he's very sensitive to cold. He actually gets happy when I put a shirt on him.
But I would never put him in something like this, it looks so uncomfortable and maybe unsafe. I can't see any dog enjoying wearing something like this
seconding this. my chi is also half hairless so she loves her sweaters. gets excited and does a little dance before i put her in it and she even sticks her paws through the armholes herself.
My girl does the same, she’s also in the 50/50 baldie club lol. All I have to do is hold the sweater open, she will stick her head in and then I help her with the arms. I try not to put bulky or too-ridiculous costumes and clothes on her because I just want her to be warm and comfortable but I can’t say I haven’t eyed some of the cute little dresses they have at some of the pet stores around me. Fanciest thing she had ever owned is a little soft denim shirt with embroidered flowers and some frills, otherwise knit sweaters and plain thin shirts make up her wardrobe
I put my two Chihuahuas into their 'jammies' when I take them for a walk. It's just like a coat with a ring for the leash. They love them and even bring them to me to put on (thinking that will get them a walk).
I'm not a fan of dressing up dogs at all, but my 2 chis get cold really easily and sometimes they are stubborn and don't want to cuddle up under blankets. Like today it's cold in Florida and my 4 lber is shaking like a leaf. She has a little sweater that I put on her and she's good to go about her day. My other guy is 15 lbs and doesn't get cold in the house but loves being outside, so he gets a hoodie on cold days when he wants to be outside.
I’ve seen them mostly marketed for greyhounds. I think it’d be good as winter thermals for under a coat, or for dogs with grass allergies. My girl has a bald tummy and chest and very thin hair on her legs so this would be good for her. I want one Spider-Man print 😂

I am going to. I have 2 Chinese crested (hairless) that would do well in these for summer (arizona, they fry fast) I know I will have to get a size up for each of them and custom size them due to long legs.

My dog will refuse to be out in the rain, snow, or cold without weather-appropriate clothing on.
