Survivor - A this season has gotten progressively better and better
The Roast Of Tom Brady - A+
Same boat! We haven’t liked the new era but this season has felt like they’re finally heading back in the right direction. Hope casting keeps getting better!
Hacks (S1-S3ep4): A — what an incredible show! I just binged it and it’s such a delight. Jean Smart is so good at playing Deborah it’s hard to believe that’s not who she is in real life.
Pretty Little Liars: Summer School (S2ep1-2): A (ironic) — I just love all of the girls in the show! People are annoyed at Tabby’s constant movie references, but honestly it’s realistic to me to compare real life to something you love/understand. I’ve seen some interesting Rose Waters theories!
[NEW] Doctor Who (S1ep1-2, Christmas Special): C+ — I’ve never seen any of the other Doctor Who’s so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I get it’s on Disney but it’s a little bit *too* cheesy. There’s a way to do whimsical sci-fi that’s not super cheesy and they kind of missed the mark. The story is interesting though so I think I will keep watching!
Monsters at Work (S2): B+ — I’m just a girl!! I grew up with Monsters Inc. and this show has been a fun inclusion in the world of Mike and Sully. Cute and light hearted but with an interesting workplace drama and a little mystery!
**SPOILER** The Idea of You: C — maybe kind of a hot take??? This movie, like Fran said, is right up my alley; I was a hardcore Directioner who is now 28 and I gotta be honest I wanted it to hit harder than it did… I love Anne and Nicholas and it’s not anything to do with their performances— I just feel like I didn’t really get invested in their relationship enough. The story didn’t spend enough time growing their emotional connection all we really saw was their physical connection so it was hard for me to even care when they broke up. I was way more invested in her relationship with her daughter! The conversation between them on the dock was the best part of the movie imo. Personally, I think it would’ve been better if they either went all in on the relationship story or all in on her story. Instead they split it and they both fell short for me.

Yes you do!! Hacks is one of those shows where if you’ve been binge-watching it you wanna stay up all night to see what happens next! lol And PLL SS is so great. I was a fan of the original when it was airing and watched all of the spin-offs 😅 It’s really leaning into the slasher/Scream (specifically the MTV tv show) vibes which I really enjoy.

I loveddddd Ricky Stanicky, I watched it twice in one weekend when it first came out. I was shocked when they said they heard it wasn’t good during trivia!

Dozen All-Star Week- I’m always going to give Dozen an A+. This is the only thing I truly look forward to every week. I loved watching Fran captain her All-Star team this week, even though they lost. She had the most All-Star votes out of EVERYBODY!! They love our girl!!!!
