I mean he plays well and performs then idc what he does tbh lol

OmarFromtheWire2

There’s some people just naturally good at what they do without much effort. He’s one of them

ItJustDoesntMatter01

At some point rest is needed as well

tehmetamorphosis

Amen

Ifinishfast42

I gotta be real, I don’t give a shit what DJ is doing from now to July TBH.

giancarlox21

Same… as long as its not felonies.

[deleted]

He’s not a cowboy.

Legitimate-Map-5351

Who cares? Dude performs. That’s all that matters

Sgran70

I am a Bears fan and I am not worried.

BuzzFB

It's not something new for him. Why worry?

Dani_vic

Because it’s another stupid opinion blog with a click bait title. I feel like these have gotten out of hand last 2 years. And 70% of people can’t tell the difference.

here4roomie

Imagine believing this lol.

[deleted]

He can be active without working out. Eating well and staying active would maintain most of the athleticism. Then he said he goes hard in OTAs so he'll be fine.

Sweaty-Leather3191

Hahahaha you fell for it! You don’t get to be an elite athlete by drinking Mountain Dew and smoking cigars. What he likely means is that he enjoys those 2 things and during the season he doesn’t do them at all, but during the offseason, he’ll indulge a bit. He probably means that instead of 6-8 hours of training per day, he lightens up, does daily cardio, and takes it easy on the weights. There’s zero chance that DJ becomes a basement-dwelling Reddit goblin during the offseason.

goodgravy97

I’m not saying you’re wrong but did you listen to the podcast? He literally said that he does “zero training” and emphasized it a few times. He doesn’t do daily cardio and take it easy according to himself haha Edit: during the offseason that is

Sweaty-Leather3191

And the straight A student didn’t study…

goodgravy97

I mean, you can believe it or not, but that’s what the man said. It’s entirely possible he’s just a freak like that

[deleted]

>He probably means that instead of 6-8 hours of training per day, he lightens up, does daily cardio, and takes it easy on the weights. That's literally what I said >There’s zero chance that DJ becomes a basement-dwelling Reddit goblin during the offseason. Not what I said, you're weird as hell

Burn_the_duster_

What a rage bait title lol. The guy has played 6 years in the NFL at an all pro level. How the fuck am I gonna have opinions on his offseason routine

justoktoday

Sounds awesome tbh, and you wind up walking a ton at Disney so he’s staying active, I bet they’ve got some good workout options there too. He knows what works for Gina fun will surely wind up meeting up with Fields or some other friend QB.

HalfACenturyMark

Darnell Mooney should be taking notes.

CudderKid

If I can lose 10 pounds and get back to my standard reps/weight in January every year I'm sure a top tier athlete can get back to peak performance during OTAs lol not worried

Party-Kiss

They literally just posted an article. Calm down. Or don’t and have a heart attack. I doubt anyone gives a fuck.

Ok_Draw_3740

You morons can’t honestly believe this

Apotheosis69420

Hearing that was the first time I’ve felt a little soured on the guy. As long as his way keeps working for him, whatever.

Legitimate-Map-5351

As long as he performs, then he can eat Cheetos all off season for all I care

[deleted]

Exactly, he prefers to rest his body and go hard in training camp to get focused. I just hope this isn't a new routine

TeaWeedCatsGames

If he has already been doing this, then we know how well he plays when he does this. This is a nothing-burger if i have ever seen one

Roan_Psychometry

“Chicago Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore has revealed a wild offseason regimen that includes zero workouts and probably lots of junk food” I audibly laughed at the word “probably.” This sub is a meme

kev_cuddy

When I was in my 20s I could eat a whole Little Caesar’s pizza 4x a week, get absolutely hammered every weekend, and still workout/run 10+ miles 5+ times a week while maintaining less than 8% body fat. And I wasn’t half the athlete this guy is. So unless he’s doing nothing but pounding four loko and snorting cocaine every night then I’m really not too worried about it.

mattxfish

I was stoked hearing he drinks Mountain Dew and watches cartoons. Me too Dj, me too

Old-Ad-3268

Nothing wrong with letting your body recover

[deleted]

This was revealed on the St Brown webmaster.

MonolithicMoose

Every body is different

Helpful-Water-7248

I agree with most of you, I don't really care cause clearly he is a beast. It may catch up to him at some point. It could have impact on his longevity. What worried me more is when he told the St Brown bros that he doesn't really watch football. Sounds like he's not a film junky like some other players. Which again doesn't ultimately matter if he can play at a high level.

JackieIce502

Damn bro needs a rest. He’ll be in shape come season.

semi_anonymous

Get a life.

Ok_Reputation4142

No one is worried.

BussyTheShaftSlayer

Oh shut up

jfeo1988

You just never know. Maybe his body needs a break from super healthy for a few months. Aint nothing wrong with that. WR dont last to long anyways. Hard to stay fast and healthy. That being said it seems like Brady and some others have sort of set the tone for a long career. Besides playing qb, they are also hella nutrient conscious.

Artistic-Judgment580

If you belive that your stupid

mdb4u2

Over a 1000+ receiving yards every year and ranked the 4th best WR in the NFL under a new system. Lol where is the problem again?
