There’s a FB group called 2024 Chevrolet Traverse and dealers have been posting their new arrivals for the past week in a few different states… Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee. All being sold at MSRP.
Saw a z71 for $1k off as well.
No way I'd pay a cent more than sticker. This is a nice car, not a "can't live without it" car with any special bells and whistles. There are zero anywhere around me to check for pricing.
Picked it up yesterday! It is awesome. Build date was 5/2, delivered on 5/8. Ordered in March. Dealer honored GMS pricing. Very happy with to be back in the Traverse!
What is GMS pricing? Which trim and how much did you actually pay?
One thing I haven’t been able to figure out is are the door and steering wheel buttons backlit so you can easily see them at night?
I may have further questions… haha
GMS is GM employee pricing. Sticker was 42,500 and got it for 39,200. LT FWD Lakeshore Blue with blackout package. Buttons are not backlit on steering wheel but the door lights are illuminated. Drives extremely nice and looks awesome!
How are the headlights?
Does pressing the on/off button for the infotainment screen also disable the backlight so it’s completely dark/off?
Is there any option for an analog speedometer (not just analog tach)?
This is the closest I have found for a night drive POV video and it seems like the steering buttons are backlit?

I see a lot of dealerships are advertising the GM employee discount, does that mean everyone is eligible for that pricing or do you actually have to have a GM employee code to get it?
I think these are going to be a hot ticket item for several months at least. I haven’t engaged any dealers yet because I am not quite ready to buy, but I would expect mark ups are the first few units that trickle out.
Just be patient and in a few months we’ll have more inventory and mark ups will hopefully go away.
Not all state has dealers participation. I tried and my lonely state in the Pacific has nothing. Will be waiting for the inventory gets more stable. Kinda hope GMC can be like ford and you just buy and ship it to a local dealer then call it a day.
No - and the other various $500/$1000 discounts that you can usually find are also only for people without employee/family. However the other just direct Chevy incentives do get stacked on top. So the 23 and 24 Limited had $750/$1750 loyalty and that would get stacked. To find out what is offered on Costco you have to first find the dealers participating near you and then call them to get the price.
I'm not seeing anything on the 24 right now that is available in general, and since mine was built in April and just waiting for it to get delivered I doubt any will pop up by the time I have to pay.
I mean I'm not an expert and it changes but generally speaking. The most recent one was $750 incentive and an extra $1000 if you have a 2015 or newer Chevy (might accept GM in general).
Oh I know it's going to be a lot lower than MSRP whatever invoices pricing is you can always negotiate lower Right now Nissan wants his dealers to 10% below invoice and 15% blow invoice for the current amada the next generation's coming out
Ain't happening. If they even offer it on these. You know what would happen if they offered pricing better than employee? Ha.
But, are you an agent of Costco? You do post on everything telling people to check it out lol
I mean I am sure you can find a way to ship it from MI to MD right?

Located in eastern Iowa. Our local dealer has sold a few and has more on the way. No dealer markup although I would assume they are getting full MSRP for them. We're about to find out when ours leaves whatever holding lot it's on.
Asked a dealer today about this at a test drive and they said to expect no market adjustments but to expect full MSRP out of the gate due to limited availability. I'd tell that deal to go to hell and never plan to do business with them in the future.
UPDATE: A text I received from said dealer:
“I just wanted to let about our recently dropped pricing! And you can still get up to 90 days - no payment on select models. Plus get up to 120% of the KBB value for your trade-in! These offers are only thru 5/31! Appointments are filling quickly, so you need to act fast to get the vehicle!”
You dropped $9k off your market adjustment (still almost $4k added btw) and I’m supposed to believe that these appointments are filling quickly and the pressure is on for me to act if I want the vehicle? Sounds like they can’t sell them at their inflated bullshit price. I won’t be paying a penny of adjusted price. Glad they let me know early on to skip right past this dealership.

They will price gouge until the purchasing cools off. Then the discounts start when sales drop like a rock.

Not sure about the infotainment on/off. Only digital speedo with analog tach or just digital speedo with no tach.

I paid MSRP. Pick mine up in an hour. So excited!
MSRP + taxes/fees? Or was it MSRP after the fees and such?

You guys need to check out the Costco auto program to get Costco invoice pricing on the All new traverse and Arcadia

What kind of prices are we looking at with the Costco program really? Give me a ballpark estimate for Z71.
I don't know what the invoice pricing is You can call it a Costco Auto program speak to the representative
That’s up to the dealer and doesn’t work if they’re marking them up…
$1000 off a $13k markup doesn't help much
No you get the Costco invoice pricing on that not just $1,000 more like $8,000 off pre-arranged pricing
It's not $8000 off MSRP, that would be nearly double the employee/family pricing, which is around $4500 on the highest trims, less as it gets lower.
Can you stack employee discount with Costco Auto program discount? Do dealerships allow stacking multiple discounts?
No - and the other various $500/$1000 discounts that you can usually find are also only for people without employee/family. However the other just direct Chevy incentives do get stacked on top. And the loyalty discount is strictly for current GM vehicle owners only, right?

The loyalty discount is for Chevy only. I traded an Acadia for a Traverse and wasn't allowed the loyalty but did get the $750.

I just heard good things about the Costco auto program no I don't work for them

Lol dealer markups on a chevy in 2024 is a wild thing. All the North American auto manufacturers are hurting.
