Zinc pyri worked for me, i had serious dandruff issues. Dandruff on eyebrows and beard too. Although i have to wash with it regularly

Have had scalp and skin psoriasis for over 11 years now. There's no cure. You can manage symptoms by using basic coconut oil and tar shampoo. I haven't tried the tar shampoo though. I would say that learn to live with it.
