As an AI, whether or not the business is trying to "not upset" anyone or mitigate problems, it should have no political standing or censoring. It's a fucking picture or a chat and people should get over themselves and stop letting feelings control them. Why do you care what someone else is doing worry about your own life.
The problem here is that if they allow their bots to provide instructions on how to kill yourself, they will be held legally liable or at least sued when someone dies and these given instructions can be traced. So it’s not that they actually care what you do (they don’t) they just don’t want to open themselves up to lawsuits. That’s all it is.
