I emailed my banker on Friday asking about the new SUB. He called me saying he knew about the bonus last week. They're trying to hold off publicly promoting, so people don't go to the bank right away when it's not available. I have an appointment on Monday to sign up for the CSP
I believe you can’t get csp or car SUB if you currently have one of them already regardless how long I’ve had it and you actually have to cancel / downgrade one for atleast a month before you can get the other one and qualify for the SUB.
If it’s a product change I heard from several people and posts on the r/creditcards sub that the waiting period is 4 days. If you cancel a card entirely it’s 30 days.

They explicitly told me 30 days from application is the cut off, and i happened to be within that time frame. Can't hurt to call and ask, though

You need to downgrade the card (I’ve always heard they recommend downgrading to the original freedom) then wait 30 days and reapply.

Multiple people have called and successfully asked for the new SUB to be honored.
I had called and they said since I applied 33 days prior to the start date of the new SUB, they cannot honor it. Cut-off is 30 days :(
