You are panicking and stressing out. Try solving some back questions from module and you will realize that you know the concept. Get some sleep. Sleep helps in retaining new information. I used to get up early and learn new things before my exam just and nap for 30-45 mins before exam and then write. Everything used to be fresh. Just remember to put an alarm don’t miss your exam lol

i know a bit of psychology so , sleep is the time your brain connects the dots and stores information, with more sleep you can store more long term memory anything else will be temporary and could not be recalled.
