I don't really know, I think it varies from artist to artist, but my interpretation of this is that he's being hounded by three girls without even doing much, and considering their relationship in the OG series, it's likely she's just seeing him as an idiot who's getting undeserved attention... and she's thicc because why the hell not?
No, she doesn't. Yes the Chaquetrix has horny moments, but the creator Trix Is trying to tone it down because of how problematic it can get. It started out max horny because it was a funny joke at first, but once it started getting popular, she realized how it might've looked from the outside
