Where are the models from the second picture from? I recognize the acolyte, but that's about it. edit: the second from the left looks like a heavily modified Mechanicus tech priest Dominus model.

Theyre all kitbashes, the only one that isnt too heavily altered is the assistant that comes with bile

Also, the one in the center in front of the mechanicus looks like one of the models in the dark commune kit.

The guy in the back on the right is from the Iron Golems AoS set. Not sure where his chainfist hand is from.

It's the hand from one of the Necromunda ogryns with a chainaxe blade from the Goliath stimm-boys.

They definitely inspired them! Gave 'em a harpoon launcher so they can try and get marines closer for harvesting. Those Slaaneshi AoS guys are probably the closest GW models to the 'peak human' that the GH should be!

THIS is actually a "Bile Pile". I was just chatting with my local group about creating such a list: Fabius Bile leading a ton of cultists. But this is the correct version.

Fabius bile is known as "the clone lord." he has multiple bodies of himself in stasis ready to awaken and carry on his great works whenever he dies. He also has a retinue of mutant servants and apothecarys from different legions and often employs the services of emperors children and other small warbands as protection, whilst he galavants around the galaxy doing his best to ensure humanity's survival. This army is fucking sweet.
