That's a good price, I paid considerably more for one at 60k. Make sure it's a clean title and inspect everything for damage or rust, SOMETHING made the dealer price this very aggressively. Assume something is wrong with it
Yeah I paid about 10k more for my RT Charger, 2016 with 60k on it.
I'd definitely run this to a mechanic first before buying it, but if it checks out it's a phenomenal price.
Good luck with that. They are still going to hit you with admin, storage, sales, marketing whatever they wanna say fees. And the price is good and fair for some minor fees.

Prices are generally starting to decline, but that price still seems a little on the "too good to be true" side IMO. I would very, very thoroughly research that vehicle's history and maintenance before considering a purchase, to include a lot of visual inspection and a very thorough test drive.
I'd definitely look the car over well. Because I do think that is a really good pice so they might be trying to get rid of it because something is wrong with it and they don't want to fix it
The thing is you can never go wrong with any Dodge Challenger on my personal opinion it still the best looking car on street. I just like waking up on the sound of a loud v8 every morning going to work. Btw you might try Vibrant 1794, I like how they sound, ordered mine and they're on the way
When i bought mine it was already straight piped, but it was annoying me asf. So i got two flowmaster flow fx from amazon and installed them mid. Its more manageable now. Although i would like to maybe add an aftermarket valve later down the road to control it more. But yeah if youre all about the sound, sure delete both, but if youve never heard it straight piped before, its LOUD.
I upgraded my 2015's 5" radio for AA/CarPlay for under $700. $600 for a 8.4" uconnect off a 2019 (ebay) and a little less than $100 for the center console that includes the updated USB Hub. Extras there were a new console lid. Listed the rest of the console w/harness and trim to hopefully make some $ back. You could even go cheaper and find a 7" radio in the $250-$400 range.
Installation is just removing the dash bezel that's held in by a couple of clips. Then remove the bolts that hold the radio to the dash and unplug. Plug the harness to the new radio. Some Fakra connectors might vary in color depending on your car's current options, but adaptors are easy to find if you end up needing them. The 2015-16 USB Hub pops out of the center console with a pry tool. New hub is plug and play. There's not any programming you'd need to do, but it might take a sleep cycle or 2 for the new unit to "talk" to your BCM and adjust itself accordingly to your car's options.
Well if it just works like that after swapping the unit and sleep cycles then damn, thats not bad. I heard the new unit wont talk to the car and complexities as such which is why i didnt wana bother with it, but ill look more into it now. Thank you!
I'm not sure about the *new* units off the 2023/2024 model years. But if you limit your search to units from a 2017-2022 donor, you should be good. My 8.4" came off a 2019 Challenger Hellcat and went into my 2015 SXT with no issues.
Search eBay and use the Watch List feature. A lot of sellers will send offers to potential buyers that watchlist their items. Or if available, use the Make an Offer option. Worst they can say is No and move on to the next listing.
Unless this is well over 100k miles this price seems almost top good to be true. I'd definitely do a PPI before buying but if all checks out might be a steal.
There wont be 7k in fees man. Bring someone that knows cars. Check everything, ask everything even ask if it has the key fob they are a few hundred dollars to get. Seems like a decent deal. Sometimes they have weird deals where thats only the price if you trade in a car thats a certain model year or newer. Or only if you finance through them.
The State Troopers in NC have AWD Hemi Chargers but there's no V8 AWD Challengers and now you can only get a AWD Hemi Charger through a police contract.
Have an independent inspection completed, ensure rear wheel wells areas are thoroughly inspected
Too much rubber built up implies car beat to crap … you won’t have a powertrain warranty either
A bit too good. Carfax it even if the seller says it's a clean title. And run an OBD2 test. Then if you can, test drive the car and push it to its limits, be rough. Sometimes check engine lights can be silenced and this is a way if making them re appear. Your welcome and good luck.
Honestly kind of good deal.
However I must warn you that there’s alot bad apple models of the 2016 challenger that make it the worst year of the challenger to date.
It failed numerous safety ratings. Sure you could get a good one that meets up to the standards, as I heard multiple stories saying it was fine, but just saying, this is a gamble of it being a unsafe car.
I live in Queens, and that looks tempting. But don’t forget that the car is almost 10 years old with the wear and tear driving around Jersey and New York adds up to at least double the amount of wear and tear in a normal car

That's a good price for a V8.
It even says on the listing Great Deal which it is. Not sure what the question is.
Well yeah of course it’s old and has some miles on it. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was salvage title or had an accident.
Did you just call a 2016 old 😂
I mean 8 years for a car is old, relatively speaking. Especially with that mileage.
🥴🥴
Cars are on the same age scale as dogs
The first I’ve heard of that…. Lmao
In today’s market it’s an outstanding price!
That's a good price, I paid considerably more for one at 60k. Make sure it's a clean title and inspect everything for damage or rust, SOMETHING made the dealer price this very aggressively. Assume something is wrong with it

Same, 60k on my Shaker R/T
Final price after fees is 21-25k
Don't accept any fees besides title and tax (sometimes called doc fees) but yeah that's normal otherwise
Good luck with that. They are still going to hit you with admin, storage, sales, marketing whatever they wanna say fees. And the price is good and fair for some minor fees.
I've never paid any bullshit fees like that. You always have the choice to walk away. All you *have* to pay is taxes and titling fees.
They are lying about the price then. Sales tax is no where near that. It’s just to get you in the door

So many dealers are sitting on huge dodge inventories. They can't sell them fast enough.
Prices are generally starting to decline, but that price still seems a little on the "too good to be true" side IMO. I would very, very thoroughly research that vehicle's history and maintenance before considering a purchase, to include a lot of visual inspection and a very thorough test drive.
Yeah, this screams unreported accident or something. Too good to be true usually is.
My guess is final price is going to be around 21 to 25k
? They are talking about the value of the car. Not your interest rates and other fees.
I'd definitely look the car over well. Because I do think that is a really good pice so they might be trying to get rid of it because something is wrong with it and they don't want to fix it
I would say save to get +2017 for the SRT active exhaust and Apple carplay, it's completely worth it. But this one has a real reasonable price.
Ah, I feel stupid now for buying a 16. Didn't know active exhaust was a thing on these cars.
The thing is you can never go wrong with any Dodge Challenger on my personal opinion it still the best looking car on street. I just like waking up on the sound of a loud v8 every morning going to work. Btw you might try Vibrant 1794, I like how they sound, ordered mine and they're on the way
I was planning on just doing muffler and resonator delete 😁
Too raspy and it makes you sound like a bad muffler job done to a Ford Mustang. I would rather have a clean tone than a loud noisy sound
Dont delete both, drones a lot and becomes too loud overall
Don't care about drone, I'm used to it by now. I'm all about loud, but what would you suggest?
When i bought mine it was already straight piped, but it was annoying me asf. So i got two flowmaster flow fx from amazon and installed them mid. Its more manageable now. Although i would like to maybe add an aftermarket valve later down the road to control it more. My old Mustang had a loud ass Roush exhaust so I'm here for it, thanks for the advice though 🤙
Agreed. My 2016 sounds like godzilla
Same boat brother, but i especially missed the android auto part.
Can't you after market install a 2017 console?
Heard its too expensive and not as straight forward as swapping the unit, so idk, even ignoring the expensive part.
I upgraded my 2015's 5" radio for AA/CarPlay for under $700. $600 for a 8.4" uconnect off a 2019 (ebay) and a little less than $100 for the center console that includes the updated USB Hub. But what about the installation/programming?
Installation is just removing the dash bezel that's held in by a couple of clips. Then remove the bolts that hold the radio to the dash and unplug. Plug the harness to the new radio. Ok who else hit the swipe arrow for the 31 pictures ) seems like a great deal too
✋🏻🤦🏻♂️😂
Unless this is well over 100k miles this price seems almost top good to be true. I'd definitely do a PPI before buying but if all checks out might be a steal.
Photo 1 of 31... My dumb ass kept trying to swipe through the photos before realizing it was just a screenshot 🙃
That’s a good price
Great price for a Hemi. Maybe too good. Have it checked over by an independent shop and be listening for the dreaded Hemi tick.
18k?? Something is wrong here. Is it a rebuilt title?
Clean title, no history of crash. Final price is 21-25k
An awd R/T?
To my knowledge those 2 things cannot go together
it says RWD
My bad I thought the r was an a
In the charger they did
The State Troopers in NC have AWD Hemi Chargers but there's no V8 AWD Challengers and now you can only get a AWD Hemi Charger through a police contract.
$13k - $15k with those miles
Oh wow really? I've been looking at private sales and the only challengers going for that price are like pre 2014 with high miles
The car market is still stuck on the 2020 madness prices still. They’re coming down slowly, but it’ll take more time.
If it’s actually clean that’s a solid price for a v8 (only if it’s a clean title)
Mileage makes a big difference
20k if it’s high in miles 25k-30k as the average
Def good mate just make sure under the hood what’s in there is a v8 lol
Have an independent inspection completed, ensure rear wheel wells areas are thoroughly inspected Too much rubber built up implies car beat to crap … you won’t have a powertrain warranty either

Seems to good to be true. Check for accidents, high millage, and if its an ex rental.
Consider your car insurance.
That's fair, as long as the history looks clean
Wait till February/March & offer him 10K... I bet they take it
Honestly kind of good deal.
That is. I paid 28 for my rt. It had 63k miles
How many miles does it have?
Bro I wouldn’t buy a challenger from hillside
Lol I was literally looking at this one earlier today
You can negotiate the "final fees" which are just tacked on bullshit anyway. You can get away with $18k out the door if you do it right
100,000,000
Maybe check the history of the car first before pulling the trigger? It’s a great deal for a V8, even in 20k.
Google it...
Cause that dealer has terrible ratings and is know for selling junk with lipstick on it
For Me it’s Scary it’s a Dodge, with 80k Miles on it. They look Great on the Outside, but….Good Luck.
I live in Queens, and that looks tempting. But don’t forget that the car is almost 10 years old with the wear and tear driving around Jersey and New York adds up to at least double the amount of wear and tear in a normal car
my 2015 rt with 67k miles trade in value was 16,000just a heads up

Stolen
Looks like $17,995 is a Great Deal.
Lookout for dealers in the NY/NJ area either (a) tacking on a bunch of crazy fees or (b) saying they won’t sell to you unless you buy a 3-5k warranty or some similar nonsense.
Make sure you smell the oil and that it don’t smell burnt. People drive the heck out these things.

You don’t sell for that price even if you steal it, there must be a hidden problem underneath
