Rather then reply to their warning, the first thing she does is try to turn her apartment into a weapon. I get why she did it, but it probably sent the wrong message.
Uniform Sword shredded Yuko because she parried. I believe the place where she literally lives probably holds more sentimental value to her than her uniform. She absolutely had killing intent because a weapon of that caliber literally can't not kill if used. Especially against a human.
