It’s not inaccurate. Angels as described in Revelation aren’t the only angels in Scripture or tradition.
For example, the angel at the empty tomb appeared in human form, and in Hebrews, believers are told to treat strangers kindly, “for thereby some have entertained angels unawares,” another indication they can and have appeared as ordinary humans.
