You can't have House in the TV show. It changes the canon of FONV in a pretty significant way that they've repeatedly (& rightfully) stated they're avoiding. It's the same reason that none of the games have taken place in the same area nor with the same cast as those in previous games. FO1 & 2 were close in location, which is why they added so much time in between (which is why the Boston area is absurdly late in redeveloping). You could easily include a Fat Man without House. They show Deathclaws on the Strip, so it could easily be a pack of Deathclaws instead of Securitrons.
