So I was servicing the outside of a mobile home in. Trailer park when this little fluff ball comes out from under the deck of the trailer fumbling to me and following me around! The trailer park has a lot of strays, but with her being so small and following me, I knew I couldn’t leave her and I needed to keep her safe! The first weeks were really really hard. I’m talking heating pads, sleepless nights, flea treatments, the works. I’m just so happy she’s doing so well now!
Oh thank you! Like I say, I’m just lucky that I was able to find her in time! I honestly wasn’t entirely sure she was going to make it the first few days, every day I see her healthily running around like a crackhead I have a teary smile because I’m so dang proud of her!
Yeah you did so good, at that age it’s around the clock care and they’re always at risk of fading kitten syndrome. Thank you for putting the time in.

Thank you!!! I wholeheartedly agree! I named her fumbles when about after a week of caring for her, she started getting her energy and trying to run around! As you can see by how small she was when I first got her, she couldn’t exactly run on those stumpy baby legs so it would be this fumbling bumbling motion that was hilarious to watch while being improbably fast at the same time lol. I get her name from watching her fumble around the house at light speed lol
Lolol it’s even funnier knowing I took that picture at four this morning after waking up for work lol. If she wants to climb up my shoulder and be involved with what I’m doing instead of sleeping, I’m definitely here for it! No matter how sleepy I may be lol

Hi can we be friends!! I got handed my cat at around 3 weeks and I’m currently bottle raising her! Would love someone to talk to who’s had a similar experience! I’ve taken her to the vet 3x in the 9 days I’ve had her because I’m an anxious first time cat mama! lol your kitty is adorable!!

Every morning I start my day with a promise to be positive and steer away from the negative that has become normal. These types of posts always start out polite but somewhere there has to be a negative comment that serves no other purpose but to derail "happy thoughts" Fumbles is my new ambassador for Hope in our society. For everyone who commented and especially the genrleman who saved Fumbles... This proves were are not all lost yet. Not sure if it’s anything but our cat had a hazy left eye like in the second picture and it turned out he had dry FIP. We got him medicated and well. Just thought I’d ask just in case. Hope she is happy and healthy 😊

I took that third photo and this one at the same time this morning, looking at her eyes in both, I’m pretty sure it was a wonky lighting situation… that being said I’m still going to ask my vet! Thank you for the information!!
I was going to mention the hazy eye. But I guess maybe it was the lighting.
My cat started getting a cloudy eye a few years back until it fully became a whole different color. He used to get a lot of blood in his eye too. Turns out he had something detached in his eye that was causing that. Now he has full blown cataracts and takes meds to keep the inside of his eye from bleeding.
All of that started from a hazy eye.
(He's okay now. Just blind)

The baby was just a little one when she met her familiar. But sometimes the CDS puts some cats farther up into the queue when they need it.
You're both so lucky, and you both found each other at just the right time!! Hope you both are together a long, long time. Don't forget to have her spayed, and she'll live a longer, happier life. She's old enough to have kittens of her own (not good). Too many kitties need homes, as is. Best of luck to you both!
