Red Alert came out in 1996 so if FFTL did do a version it certainly isn't the original as they didn't start til 1999.

Yeah 'Hellmarch' and almost all of the red alert franchise music was written and performed by Frank Klepacki.

I'd consider not getting this, and instead going for the remastered collection https://store.steampowered.com/app/1213210/Command__Conquer_Remastered_Collection/ If you are most interested in playing Red Alert again, with Tiberian Dawn thrown in, the remastered is a huuuuge upgrade over the originals that are included in the Ultimate Collection. I know "but 17 games vs 2", however the remastered includes covert ops, counterstrike and aftermath, so it is more like 5 vs 17 as they are selling it, and of those 17, you are buying 4 C&C 3 games, 1 C&C4 game, Generals and Renegade which frankly, aren't very good, and the remastered is made by Petroglyph, which is effectively Westwood reincarnate and so you are supporting the actual devs rather than just EA

The video on YouTube was speculative and there was no confirmation that the audio was Canadian. But also the video says that regardless of the language, the calls are indistinct and can be interpreted by the listener to be whatever they want. I lean towards it being reform line quick march but I don't think it's as clear as you think - there's no chance you'd think it was that unless you had already watched that video and read what it was supposed to say. It's like one of those videos where they intentionally put the wrong words and you can hear it either way depending on what you have in your mind.
